Advertising: A sign placed on the property and on our website. All listings published on truly.com, zillow.com and realtor.com
Extensive Tenant Screening: We run full credit reports, extensive current and previous rental references, verification of employment and bank status and personal references when needed. Personal showings of each property with a licensed agent. (We DO NOT check out keys!)
Collection: The first's month's rent and security deposit at signing of a TRAA lease and a move-in inspection with documentation of the property condition in writing with the new tenant.
HOA Management Service Includes:
Monthly collection of rents.
Repair and Maintenance Calls: on owners behalf with owner approval.
Monthly Statement: Owners receive a monthly accounting of all income and expenses, copies of all receipts and disbursements of funds. End of year accounting with specific breakdowns for tax purposes.
Market Survey and Lease Analysis to establish current fare market rental rates.
